Hello Vincent, Thank you so much for making the time to show us the above apartment yesterday.  While we are not able to make a decision immediately, I think the property was well-worth seeing and possibly, if it had been a little larger, that would have helped us to make a decision to take it. We are just beginning our search Vincent, as we mentioned to you yesterday, but I appreciate your response to my enquiry and I was most impressed by your professional manner in agreeing to show us the property at such short notice.  You demonstrated an excellent standard of customer service and I am sure you will be very successful in your chosen field of employment. I understand that this apartment will very likely be taken quickly off the market, but as we are unable to make a decision at this stage, we feel that we would rather indicate to you that we are not interested to pursue this matter any further.  However, because of the positive impression you made on me, in a few weeks I shall contact you, if we have not been successful in finding what we are looking for.
